Return Eligibility

  • Damaged Product Only: Returns are only accepted if the product delivered to you is damaged or defective.

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 2 days of the product being delivered.

  • Condition: The item must be returned in its original packaging along with any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with it.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at mytoykart9131@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to request a return. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Approval & Instructions
    Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the address for return shipping.

  3. Shipping the Product
    Carefully pack the product in its original packaging and send it back as per the instructions provided.

 

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Products that are not damaged

    • Requests made after 2 days of delivery

    • Items returned without prior approval
